PAGASA added that travel remains risky in the seaboards of Northern Luzon and the western seaboard of Central Luzon, especially for small seacraft. Occasional gusty conditions might also occur in these areas due to the southwest monsoon: PAGASA warned that flash floods and landslides are possible.
